The concept of knowledge management has been in existence for a while. From the time of the early civilizations, humans have been engaging each other in the matters that regard knowledge management (Xu, Sankaran, Sankaran& Clarke, 2008). Additionally, there has been a large body of literature that has sought to expound on this issue.
