This Assignment examines our own experiences with building (and perhaps destroying) trustful relationships in our organizations.

    Customers are a company’s most valuable assets. This article provides strategies for managing those critical relationships to improve the overall customer experience.

Procedure
  1. Reflect upon your professional history and identify an example of where you built a trustful relationship and another where you may have damaged or destroyed such a relationship.

Solution Preview

I have worked in one of the biggest beverage producers in the United States as the chief customer officer. While in this position, I have come across various challenges whereby, I have being able to handle some of these challenges with others spilling off beyond my ability. I have being able to built customer trust and rebuild it in case of unsatisfied customers. In other parts some situations have gone sour in which I have made decisions that have led to destruction of the customer trust.
