President Bush and part of his  administration were involved inident Bush wanted Saddam Hussein to live Iraq within 48 hours. These ideas evolved immediately after the decision making to go to Iraq. The main reason why they formed these decisions is because Pres n the absence of these campaigns and he immediately called some members of his administration to make decision on how to go Iraq. In his call, he excluded some members who had negative attituthe public campaign for war with Iraq delayed up to 2002 (Makiya, 2010). For this reason, Bush felt bored ides towards the attack.  Research shows that the members who were involved in decision making had poor ideas and this is the reason why after attacking Iraq many soldiers were killed within the first two weeks
