For this reason, when complementary products are absent, many customers may end up complaining and the company may not gain profits because the complementary products have high demand than any other products in the market. Therefore, this is what has been happening in Butler Systems for the last ten years. The main reason for this is because emergency power supply system lie under two categories. These two categories for the available products include the flame retardant category and non –flame retardant category. One of these batteries can serve the purpose of the other but the other cannot. This has been a great problem in Butler Systems because many customers have been complaining after the flame retardant batteries are absent. Therefore, this problem has affected many people within this company because flame-retardant batteries have high demand than non flame retardant batteries
