Internal influences are thoughts, notions and perceptions that a consumer develops towards their surroundings. And because the consumer is king, these must be thought out analyzed and met to their expectation(Engel, Blackwell, & Miniardi, 1995). Internal influences have been recognized to play a big role in consumerism. Examples of these include perception, learning and memory and motivation, personality and emotion(Lejniece, 2011).
