            It is evident that most employers refrain from hiring individuals with past criminal records or offences (Kurlychek, Brame& Bushway, 2006). In most cases,this acts an encouragement for them to recidivate. This is because they tend to pursue alternative ways of earning, which is in most cases related to the previous offences.
