Introduction
One the 6th and 9th days of August 1945, the United States decided to drop atomic bombs on Japan’s cities Hiroshima and Nagasaki respectively. Truman was the president of the United States when it bombed Japan. There were different alternatives to the bombing but Truman, having been advised as such, decided that the best option that America had was to drop the bomb. Different causes led to this decision.
Causes
