Written communication is one of the best forms of communication in which people have been using to pass information work environments. Research shows that written communication is one of the most effective and the most important method of communication in work places. E-mail communication is the form of written communication which I found it effective to my current work environment. The main reason for this is because every employee in my work environment has his or her email and this makes it easier to pass information from one place to another. Therefore, e-mail communication has geared the performance of different businesses (Miller, 2012). For example, during decision making, all employees are signaled through their e-mails and this reduces the tedious work of writing messages and sending them to each employee
