A fracture is a crack or break or injury to the bone. Fractures occur due to the impact of an external force beyond the strength of the osseous tissues that keep the bones intact. The effect could be as a result of a fall, accident or jump. Nevertheless, a rare type of fracture known as the pathologic fracture is induced by health disorders like osteoporosis, a disease that weakens the bones causing breaks even under standard strain. Injury to the bone is painful and may vary. Severe fractures could be life-threatening and may take months or years to recover. Moreover, improper treatment of a bone injury may lead to changes in body strength and mobility of the victim (Oryan, Monazzah, & Bigham-Sadegh, 2015 .).
