The tutorial which presents the HIV/AIDS Epidemic in the US has boosted my understanding towards HIV/AIDS. The main reason for this is because most of the information in the tutorial talks about the activities done in American government to prevent the occurrence of HIV/AIDS. For this reason, the government of America and health care organization have set up some measures on the process of identifying the possible measures for preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS because it has affected many people both children and adults. The information in the tutorial links with what I had studied in communicable diseases. The main reason for this is because communicable diseases have similar effects with those of HIV/AIDS. This can be evidenced because communicable diseases have caused a lot of deaths in America. Therefore, the strict measures put in practice to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS have also been put in practice to control the spread of communicable diseases.
