I disagree with the Supreme Court’s decision that deemed abortion as a fundamental right. This is because many women will be able to seek for black market abortions which are very unsafe. Abortion is also associated with some risks such as death or serious injuries whereby in some cases the mother may not be able to be productive for the rest of her life. Legalizing abortion will give unlicensed and unqualified doctors a chance to perform it which is very unsafe. The legalization of abortion implies that women may abort in the first trimester which amounts to murder thus it is against the
