It is the right of everybody with disability to be covered by the Rehabilitation Act of the ADA. The main reason for this is because the Americans with disabilities Act are considered to be under the federal civil right laws which are applied to those people with disabilities in the country. This process protects them from discrimination and it enhances proper proceedings on treating their disabilities. Considering this information, it is true to say that those people with temporary disabilities have the right to be covered by the Rehabilitation Act of the ADA because it has been passed by the American government as a law
