Real property is very different from personal property as discussed in this unit. For this reason, I am going to discuss various differences associated with the two. First and foremost, real property refer to those things which are on the land and which are permanently attached to the land while on the other hand, personal property refers to everything else which is movable and not part of the land (Bellemore, & Tenant’s Union, 2012). For example, one can say that he or she own 40 acres of a certain land. On top of this land, he may decide to build some other activities which are not permanent such as house, yard for parking a car, and many other activities which impact positively to the owner. Therefore, real property can be related to everything which one owns and which cannot be transferred
