3-pages paper of theory of dual sovereignty
The class that I am taking is the U.S constitution to 1877. There is a game for the class. It is sim constitution based to history that everyone has a character who has to participate in the convention. My character is William Samuel Johnson, a delegate from Connecticut. The paper I have to do is write about my view that the small states need one branch of congress to call their own and spell out the idea of a union “partly confederal and partly national”. in the view of William Sam Johnson.

The New Jersey Plan is perhaps one of the many important constitutional proposals in the United States of America. It was created to respond to Virginia Plan with an aim of altering the government structure to allow all the states, including those were less populous to have equal representation in the Congress.
