Leadership is viewed by different people as a fundamental behavior towards business success. For this reason, I propose and echo these words because for any business to prosper there must be a good leader who should guide all the behaviors performed in the organization. For example, been an employee of Texas industry, I performed several activities which were pleasing to the business and this is the reason why the industry changed its performance dramatically. For this reason, I recall evidently that the time I was the leader of the company everything was running properly and without any propagations.
