Executive Summary
Organizational related conflicts are common and they are known to affect the performance of the organization as a result of lack of effective team work. Conflicts lead to poor communication between the leaders and the followers and the end results are low quality work. Organizational conflicts have been observed in St. Patrick Health Care Organization and that’s why this report is focused on addressing the causes of the conflicts. The conflicts related problem in this case is as a result of poor leadership and poor distribution of resources which in turn lead to dissatisfaction among some teams and lack of effective teamwork which is necessary for effective performance at work, (Folger, Poole and Stutman, 2013). ………………………………words 3,019
